Welcome to Earth Search for Chrome. By installing and using this Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By installing, accessing, or using the Earth Search for Chrome extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the extension.

Earth Search for Chrome is a Chrome browser extension that:

• Modifies your default search engine to provide quick access to Google Earth locations
• Intercepts searches starting with "earth" to redirect you to Google Earth with the specified location
• Provides search suggestions for location-related queries
• Routes searches through our search provider

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Earth Search for Chrome extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Use the extension only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Not use the extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt the extension's functionality

By installing this extension, you understand and agree that it will change your default search engine settings in Chrome. You can change your search engine back to your preferred provider at any time through Chrome's settings.

The extension redirects location searches to Google Earth (earth.google.com). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of Google Earth or other third-party services. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

Your use of the extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The extension will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the extension will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the extension will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the extension
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the extension
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the extension

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Earth Search for Chrome and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the extension or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the extension at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Earth Search for Chrome regarding the use of the extension.
